Yoga and pregnancy
Pregnant women are sometimes stressed and anxious.  Yoga can help them relax and prepare for birth giving.
Yoga therapy can help a lot for the development of the baby:

PRE NATAL YOGA
Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort.
Moderate Yoga during pregnancy is very beneficial, as it increases wellness and helps to reduce stress and anxiety. Start slowly and increase your yoga routine to three times a week for half an hour each time.
In case you have any on-going health problems during pregnancy, you should consult your doctor before starting.
Each pregnancy is divided into three trimesters. These three trimesters have different emotional and physical happenings that make them unique.
The first trimester is just the beginning of pregnancy. There are so many changes happening to your body and your baby. Start with little pranayama and walk.

POST NATAL YOGA
